A: No, you may buy land and build anytime you wish or resell your land later. Our primary business is developing river land with fabulous views. Most of our customers find the view they love most and build when they are ready.

Q: I love this land, but I don’t live close enough to supervise a homebuilding project. Do you have someone that can oversee the construction process?

A: Though we mainly specialize in developing and selling plots of pristine land in Western North Carolina, we think it’s important that you’re kept informed as to the status of your build. Trust our own company architect to keep a steady eye on the process. He will keep you updated every step of the way, and will even send you pictures to document progress.

A: We are located in southern Cleveland County in NC close to Boiling Springs, Shelby, Gaffney, Asheville, Lake James, Chimney Rock, Black Mountain, Hendersonville and not far from Boone, Blowing Rock, Linville Falls and Grandfather Mountain. Nearby Interstates are I-74 and 1-85.

Q: May I put a mobile home on my property?
