The common area will provide owners with the use of a pavillion, river launch, picnic and activity areas. The Riverbend Golf Course is located 4 miles away, and many other golf courses are within a 30 to 45 minute drive. Locally you will find movie theatres, tennis, horseback riding, Kings Mountain Historic Military Park, Cowpens Battle Ground, and the Cleveland County Historical Museum. At Gardner Web University you can experience an ongoing schedule of concerts and live arts performances.
